HuaNickel GH3030 is a Ni-Cr solution-strengthened deformed superalloy with a service temperature below 800°C. The alloy has good thermal strength and high plasticity, as well as resistance to cold and heat fatigue and oxidation, and has good cold stamping and welding process performance. The alloy is single-phase austenite after solution treatment, and the structure is stable during use.

GH3030 Alloy properties:

GH3030 alloy has excellent welding performance and can be used for argon arc welding, spot welding, seam welding or brazing. If the solution temperature is low during production, the old grain boundaries formed by the residual carbides will be retained.

GH3030 Uses of alloys:

HuaNickel GH3030 alloy is used to make parts such as aero engine combustion chamber, afterburner combustion chamber and casing mounting edge.

GH3030 Process performance:

Welding process: the fluidity and forming properties of the molten pool are good during argon arc welding, and the crack tendency is small; Spot welding and seam welding have a wide range of specification parameters, the core shrinkage porosity is small, and generally not cracks and bonding lines extend in.
