GH2696 Alloy properties:
HuaNickel GH2696 alloy has satisfactory oxidation resistance and gas corrosion resistance below 700°C. The alloy has satisfactory corrosion resistance in all-weather conditions. When the alloy is aged at 800°C for a long time, a large number of rod-like Laves phases are precipitated from the grain boundaries and grains, which significantly reduces the strength and toughness.
Oxidation resistance: The alloy has satisfactory oxidation resistance and gas corrosion resistance below 700°C
Corrosion resistance: The alloy has satisfactory hot corrosion resistance under all-weather conditions
GH2696 Uses of alloys:
GH2696 alloy is widely used in the manufacture of various high-temperature parts of aero engines, and has long-term and reliable use experience. The alloy is used to make a wide range of parts such as quick-release rings, fasteners, springs, fittings, mounts and brackets on a variety of engines.
GH2696 Process performance:
Welding process: The alloy has satisfactory welding performance, and can be welded by argon arc welding, spot welding, and seam welding.
Heat treatment: The choice of heat treatment depends on the working conditions of the part, the higher the working temperature of the part, the higher the quenching temperature.
Cutting process: The alloy has good cutting performance.
