HuaNickel GH2302 is a Fe-Ni-Cr-based precipitation-hardening deformed superalloy with a grade of K232 for casting. The alloy can be used for a long time at 700°C and for a short time at 850°C. The structure and properties of the alloy are stable, and it has good cold and hot processing forming properties. The main products are bars, plates and precision castings.

GH2302 Alloy properties:

HuaNickel GH2302 alloy is notch-sensitive at 700°C and 850°C; After aging at 750°C×10000h, bamboo leaf-like Laves4 was generally precipitated into the crystal.   The alloy has a small crack tendency in argon arc welding in the solid solution state, and it is aging after welding. It is difficult to carry out contact welding of plates, and attention should be paid to the use of appropriate welding processes.

GH2302 Uses of alloys:

Alloys have been used in the manufacture of turbojet engines, afterburners, etc., as well as industrial gas turbine blades.
