GH2150 Alloy properties:
When GH2150 alloy is used at more than 800°C, the precipitation of μ phase and γ’ phase aggregate and grow, which will lead to the degradation of the mechanical properties of the alloy.
GH2150 Uses of alloys:
GH2150 alloy is used to manufacture high-temperature parts such as aero engine combustion jackets and mounting edges, and is well produced and used. Similar alloys are used in foreign countries for parts such as jet engine combustion jackets and turbine blades used below 600 °C, and have been tested for long-term use.
GH2150 Process performance:
Welding process: HuaNickel GH2150 alloy has satisfactory welding process performance, and can be welded by argon arc welding, seam welding and spot welding. Attention should be paid to strengthening the protection during argon arc welding, seam welding and spot welding should use larger welding pressure and softer (i.e., longer rest time) welding specifications, and the surface of the plate should be cleaned by chemical methods. The alloy is welded in a solution state, and the aging treatment is carried out after welding
Surface treatment process: The oxide scale after heat treatment of the parts can be removed by sand blowing or pickling. When removing the oxide scale with pickling, the compound alkali pickling process can be used, and the single pickling solution of sulfuric acid-nitric acid-hydrofluoric acid-water can also be used. The surface to be welded before TIG welding of the parts can be cleaned by mechanical polishing or chemical methods, and the surface to be welded before contact welding should be cleaned by chemical methods.
