Welding process: The alloy has satisfactory welding performance, and can be welded by argon arc welding, electron beam welding, seam welding, spot welding and other methods.
For the parts that are directly aged, inertial friction welding can be carried out in the forging state, and then the direct aging treatment can be carried out after welding, so that the welded joints with high lasting strength can be obtained; With the selection of appropriate friction welding process parameters, while retaining the fine grain structure, the weld edge and the heat-affected zone can also retain the strengthening phase γ, γ and δ phases, which has a significant impact on the performance of the joint
Surface treatment: The surface of the part can be strengthened by shot peening, hole extrusion strengthening or thread rolling strengthening, so that the service life of the part under alternating load conditions can be doubled.
Cutting: The alloy can be cut satisfactorily. When machining alloys, it is necessary to ensure that the arc meets the design requirements and that the transition is smooth.
