GH128 Alloy properties:
When working at high temperatures, the parts can be effectively protected with a W-2 enamel layer.
After long-term aging, the alloy has μ phase precipitation.
GH128 Uses of alloys:
HuaNickel GH128 alloy has been used in the manufacture of aero engine flame cylinders, diffusers, afterburners, tail nozzles, adjusting sheets, stabilizers, diffusers and gas pipes, etc., and is in good batch production and use. It is also used in temperature measurement thermocouple protection tubes, fluxgates, magnetometer probes, skeleton materials, W and Mo reduction sintering boats, railway locomotive pre-combustion chamber nozzles and other structural parts under high temperature oxidation atmosphere.
GH128 Process performance:
Welding process: The plate can be welded by argon arc welding, seam welding, and spot welding, and the quality of the welded joint can be satisfied, and the joint strength coefficient is greater than 90%.
