GH1035 Alloy properties:
High temperature resistance: Hua Nickel GH1035 has excellent high temperature stability, and can maintain its strength and corrosion resistance for a long time in high temperature environments. Corrosion resistance: Due to the high content of nickel and chromium, Hua Nickel GH1035 alloy has excellent corrosion resistance to oxidizing and reducing environments. It is resistant to corrosion by acidic and alkaline media, so it is widely used in the chemical field.

GH1035 Uses of alloys:
GH1035 alloy is used to make parts such as turbine engine combustion chambers, turbine outer rings and exhaust devices that work below 900°C for a long time. It is also suitable for making all kinds of aviation and aerospace engine flame cylinders, burner jackets, afterburner burners, guide rings and other ring parts.
GH1035 Process performance:
Welding process: GH1035 alloy has a greater crack tendency than GH3030 alloy. When using HGGH1035 wire, the melt pool fluidity is poor, and HGH3030 and HGH3044 wires can be used. Due to its ease of processing and welding, it is now more commonly used in gas turbine engines, industrial furnaces, and nuclear engineering
Heat treatment: The heat treatment process mainly includes two forms of product rods and plates.
