GH1015 is a Fe-Ni-Cr solution-strengthened deformed superalloy with a service temperature below 950°C. The alloy is solution strengthened by adding elements such as chromium, tungsten and molybdenum. The alloy has high plasticity, medium durability and creep strength, good resistance to cold and heat fatigue, as well as good processing and welding properties, and microstructure stability.

GH1015 Alloy properties:

Corrosion resistance: GH1015 alloy has good corrosion resistance and can resist corrosion in oxidizing and reducing environments. It can be used as a corrosive medium in chemical, petroleum, marine and other fields. Good machinability: GH1015 alloy has good machinability and weldability, and is easy to machine, forge and weld. Oxidation resistance: Hua Nickel GH1015 alloy has good oxidation resistance and can resist oxidation reaction at high temperature. Therefore, it is suitable for applications in high-temperature oxidizing environments.

GH1015 Uses of alloys:

GH1015 alloy is used in the manufacture of sheet structural parts such as aero engine combustion chambers and afterburner cylinders and other high-temperature components.

GH1015 Process performance:

Welding process: TIG welding crack tendency is less than 15%. For tungsten TIG welding, it is recommended to use the same grade as the substrate.

Heat treatment:Hua Nickel GH1015 alloy makes high-temperature parts of flame cylinder, the solution temperature is 1150°C±10°C; For some parts of the flame cylinder with low working temperature, 1080 °C ± 10 °C can be used as the final solution temperature. The intermediate heat treatment temperature is 1080°C±10°C for the manufacture of parts by the multi-draw method, and the solution temperature for relieving welding stress is 1000°C or higher. After heat treatment, it can be air-cooled or water-cooled according to the shape of the part.
