HuaNickel  DZ417G is a nickel-based precipitation-hardening directional solidified columnar crystal superalloy, which is a low-Density alloy developed on the basis of K417G alloy, and the service temperature is below 980°C. The alloy has high medium temperature strength, good creep resistance, high plasticity, stable structure and low cost. The main products are long-life gas turbine rotor blades, guide vanes and other high-temperature parts.

DZ417GAlloy properties:

DZ417G is a patented alloy with independent intellectual property rights (Patent No. ZL95110023.8). It has been applied to the production of aero engine gas turbine rotor blades and guide vanes, as well as advanced aero engine low-pressure I and II stage directional solidification turbine blades, which have been mass-produced.

DZ417GUses of alloys:

HuaNickel DZ417G alloy does not precipitate σ phase after long-term aging of 800°C~900°C for 5000h~10000h, and the structure is stable.

DZ417GApplication field process performance:

Parts heat treatment: notBal blades should be carried out under vacuum or protective atmosphere, heat treatment specification is: 1220°C×2h/ argon cooled + 980°C×16h/ argon cooled.
