DZ4125

HuaNickel DZ4125 is a nickel-based precipitation hardening directional solidification columnar crystal superalloy, with a service temperature below 1050°C, which is one of the alloys with the highest performance level among similar alloys in China. The alloy has good comprehensive properties of medium and high temperature and excellent fatigue resistance. The alloy is based on the composition of the United States René 125 alloy, by adjusting the titanium content and adding hafnium, the alloy has good casting properties, and can be cast into notBal directional solidified blades with complex inner cavities with wall thicknesses as small as 0.5mm. It is suitable for making high-temperature parts such as gas turbine rotor blades and guide vanes.

DZ4125 Alloy properties:

DZ4125 alloy can be treated with a variety of surface protective coatings, and the advanced vacuum arc coating has been used to significantly improve the alloy’s oxidation and thermal corrosion resistance. After the alloy was aged at 900°C for 4000 h, the TCP phase was not precipitated.

DZ4125 Uses of alloys:

HuaNickel DZ4125 alloy has been widely used to make directional hollow notBal turbine rotor blades of an advanced aero engine, and the blades are in good batch production and use.

DZ4125 Application field process performance:

Welding process: Vacuum brazing can be carried out, and the strength of the brazing joint reaches 60%~80% of the strength of the base metal.

Surface treatment: The alloy can be treated with a variety of surface protection treatments. The alloy hollow Blade castings are coated with a vacuum arc coating of Ni Cr Al Y Si with a good coating state and good application field process performance.
