DZ404Alloy properties:
DZ404 alloy has excellent casting performance, and can be cast into net-shaped directional solidified column crystal blades and thin-walled hollow parts with complex inner cavities with wall thickness as small as 0.5mm, without cracking.
DZ404Uses of alloys:
HuaNickel DZ404 alloy has been used in the manufacture of turbine working blades and guide vanes for aero engines. The alloy is suitable for making gas turbine rotor blades working below 1000°C and guide vanes working below 1050°C.
DZ404Application field process performance:
Welding process: Vacuum brazing is possible.
Parts heat treatment: notBal blade heat treatment needs to be carried out under vacuum or protective atmosphere: 1220°C±10°C×4h/AC+870°C±10°C×32h/AC.
