HuaNickel DZ125L is a nickel-based precipitation-hardening directional solidified column-crystal superalloy with a service temperature below 1050°C. The alloy increases the temperature capacity by 20°C and can exponentially improve the medium-temperature Transverse performance. It is suitable for making high-temperature parts such as aviation gas turbine rotor blades working below 1000°C and guide vanes working below 1050°C.
