CoCr22NiWAlloy properties:
In the manufacturing process of alloy plate machined parts, any process (such as heat treatment, welding, etc.) should be prevented from carburizing and copper pollution, so as not to damage the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the alloy. The corrosion resistance of alloy plates is better than that of GH3536 alloy.

Welding process: CoCr22NiW alloy has good welding performance, and various welding processes can be used, among which argon arc welding has the best connection effect, and the joint strength and plasticity are less reduced.
Surface treatment process: The surface oxide film formed by CoCr22NiW alloy after heating is firmly combined with the matrix, and it is not easy to wash off by cleaning the stainless steel oxide scale, but the oxide scale should be removed by the composite alkali pickling process.
