HuaNickel AlloyG50 is a nickel-based superalloy with excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature strength properties.

AlloyG50Alloy properties:

Corrosion resistance: HuaNickel AlloyG50 exhibits strong corrosion resistance in highly corrosive media, especially in sour gas wells containing high concentrations of H2S CO2 and chlorine, and its corrosion resistance is better than that of G3. High-temperature performance: C-276 alloy retains its strength and stability at high temperatures, and is suitable for components that work in high-temperature environments for a long time.

HuaNickel AlloyG50 alloy is widely used in petrochemical, aerospace, shipbuilding, energy, military, electronics, environmental protection, machinery, instrumentation and other fields due to its high resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and fatigue resistance. Especially in environments that require high temperature and corrosion resistance, such as industries such as marine engineering, chemicals, oil and power.

AlloyG50Process performance:

Welding process: good welding performance, conventional welding methods are OK, no heat treatment is required after welding.

Processing technology: Hasteloy G50 has good thermal processing performance, the temperature is 900~1150, and the suitable temperature is 1150.
