Alloy925Alloy properties:
Corrosion resistance: Nickel alloy 925 has good corrosion resistance. In both reducing and oxidizing environments, alloys are resistant to general corrosion, pitting, crevice corrosion, intergranular corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. In some Niconel 925 environments where it is particularly useful are “acidic” (H2S-containing) crude oil and natural gas, sulphuric acid, phosphoric acid and seawater
High temperature resistance: HuaNickel Alloy925 can be used in high temperature conditions, which makes it suitable for high temperature applications such as rocket engines.
Machinability: Nickel alloy alloy 925 is an aging hardening alloy with good machinability under solution annealing or aging conditions. Rigid tools with positive inclination and technology to minimize the hardening of material work are required.
Alloy925Uses of alloys:
The main application fields are chemical industry, marine use, marine engineering and other fields. It is used in the petrochemical industry to manufacture critical equipment such as reactors, heat exchangers, pipes and valves. These devices are often exposed to corrosive media and high temperatures, so they require the use of corrosion- and temperature-resistant materials.
Alloy925Process performance:
Heat Treatment Process: Solution annealing in preparation for aging hardening should be tested at 18001900°F (9801040°C) for at least 30 minutes for a maximum duration of 4 hours. Cooling is equivalent to air cooling, or faster, and is 1 inch (25 mm) or less in size. Water off all sizes over 1 inch (25 mm).
Welding process: HuaNickel Alloy925 alloy has good weldability, which means that defects in the processing can be repaired or joined by welding without worrying about the loss of hardness due to welding. Heat treatment process: HuaNickel Alloy925 alloy. Machining with lower cutting speeds and refeed improves machining efficiency and maintains the hardness of the material.
Cutting: HuaNickel Alloy925 is a high-strength, difficult-to-machine material, so choosing the right cutting tool and adjusting cutting data is crucial. The mechanical properties of Alloy925 indicate the need for specially designed tools and precise control of cutting data to avoid excessive wear and improve machining efficiency.
