Therefore, it is mainly used in heating equipment, chemical industry, environmental pollution control, aviation, aerospace and power industry. For example, the manufacture of heat treatment equipment and components such as annealing, carburizing, and nitriding.

Alloy601 Process performance:

Hot and cold working and forming properties:

HuaNickel Alloy601 alloy has good cold and hot working properties. The suitable deformation temperature for hot working is 870~1230°C.

Heat treatment: The heat treatment process of Alloy601 alloy is about 1100~1150 °C, and then quenching after heating.
