HuaNickel Alloy270 is a high-purity nickel alloy that has low hardness and high ductility. This material has good corrosion resistance, high thermal stability and strong oxidation resistance, so it is widely used in aviation, aerospace, electronics, electric power and other fields. It is also used in resistance thermometers.

Corrosion resistance:HuaNickel Alloy270 has excellent corrosion resistance, can be used in acidic media for a long time, it also has good oxidation resistance, suitable for applications in high-temperature environments.

Thermal stability: HuaNickel Alloy270 can operate stably for a long time under high temperatures above 600°C and certain stress. It has a high melting point and thermal stability, making it suitable for high-temperature applications.

Electrical conductivity: HuaNickel Alloy270 has good electrical conductivity and is suitable for applications in the electronics industry, such as hydrogen thyristor assemblies, resistance thermometers, etc.

Processability: Nickel 270 can be improved by heat treatment and cold working to improve its hardness and strength. It can be cold worked into various states and is not hardenable after heat treatment.
