AlloyG35Alloy properties:
Corrosion resistance: AlloyG35 has excellent corrosion resistance, it is able to resist a variety of highly corrosive media such as nitric acid, chloride and other oxidizing acids. Corrosiveness: AlloyG35 excels in a wide range of chloride-containing and oxidizing salt solutions, especially in low and medium temperature HCl environments.
High temperature strength: This alloy can still maintain high strength and hardness at high temperatures, and has good high temperature creep properties.
Antioxidant Properties: AlloyG35 has significant antioxidant properties. This alloy can effectively resist the erosion of various oxidizing media in high temperature environments.
AlloyG35Uses of alloys:
The alloy is mainly used in evaporators in the production of wet phosphoric acid, and in the pickling vessels of nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid solutions; equipment and components in corrosive environments of nitric acid and chloride in the chemical industry; caustic neutralization system devices and components that are resistant to high temperature (650°C) corrosion, etc.

Welding process: AlloyG35 weldability, commonly used welding processes include gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) and gas metal arc welding
Thermal treatment: The heat treatment of AlloyG35 mainly includes solution treatment and aging treatment. Solution treatment is a commonly used heat treatment that can significantly improve the properties of materials.
