AlloyG3Alloy properties:

High temperature resistance: AlloyG3 alloy has excellent high temperature resistance. The material retains its physical and chemical stability in extreme high-temperature environments and is not prone to deformation or loss of performance.

Corrosion resistance: The alloy has good corrosion resistance, especially in environments containing chlorides, which makes it very suitable in industries such as chemical, oil, and gas.

Oxidation Resistance: Hastelloy G3 alloy has excellent oxidation resistance, which allows it to maintain its structural integrity at high temperatures.

AlloyG3Uses of alloys:

This alloy is particularly suitable for equipment and components used in reductive corrosive environments such as phosphoric acid and sulfuric acid, as well as for components in FGD systems.

AlloyG3Process performance:

Welding performance: G3 alloy has good weldability and can be welded by various methods common to welding high-nickel corrosion-resistant alloys. Solution treatment is generally not required after welding. In the case of SMAW welding, G3 electrode can be used, and in the case of GSAW welding, G3 wire can be used, and the corrosion resistance of the welded metal after welding is basically the same as that of the base metal.

Heat treatment process: AlloyG3 can be heated at 1100~1150°C, and quickly cooled after heat preservation.
