Nickel Alloy Alloy 330 (UNS N08330/W.) 1.4886) is an austenitic alloy with good high-temperature strength and corrosion resistance. It has a solid-solution composition and cannot be hardened by heat treatment. It is rich in nickel and chromium and has good corrosion, oxidation and carbonation resistance. Its oxidation resistance is increased by the increase in silicon content. The strength and oxidation resistance of the alloy at high temperatures make it a useful material for industrial heating furnaces; It is used in silencers, stills, conveyor systems, baskets and boxes, as well as a variety of equipment fixtures.

Alloy330Alloy properties:

High Temperature Performance:HuaNickel Alloy330 is able to withstand extreme heat environments with a high melting point of 1390-1420°C. The alloy retains good oxidation resistance at 2000°F (1095°C).

Corrosion resistance: Due to the high ratio of nickel and chromium, this alloy exhibits excellent corrosion resistance, especially in oxidizing, carburizing, and nitriding environments. In addition, it is resistant to chloride stress corrosion cracking and σ phase precipitation embrittlement.

Mechanical properties: Although the yield strength of Alloy330 is low, it still maintains good toughness and mechanical stability, which is suitable for the manufacture of various high-temperature equipment and structures.

High stability: HuaNickel Alloy330 is also highly chemically stable and resistant to a wide range of chemicals, including salt water and acid-base environments.

Alloy330Uses of alloys:

It is widely used as a key component in high-temperature environments such as furnace components, heat treatment equipment, burner components, petrochemical plants, power generation equipment, and nuclear industry. Heat treatment furnace related parts, such as heat treatment chamber, carburizing, nitriding, solution heat treatment and other heat treatment vessels and components.

Petrochemical: used in the manufacture of high-temperature furnaces, furnace tubes, etc.

Electricity: It can be used to make high-temperature steam pipes and nuclear reactor components.

Shipyard: used to manufacture equipment such as ship pipes and seawater cooling systems.

Alloy330Process performance:

Welding process: Nickel alloy alloy 330 can be welded by conventional process. Welding A electrode should be used for arc welding of protective metals; 82. Gas shielded arc welding is adopted.
