Corrosion resistance: 2.4964 alloy has excellent corrosion resistance in acidic, alkaline and high-temperature atmospheres, and can effectively resist the erosion of corrosive media.

Mechanical properties: 2.4964 alloy has high strength and hardness, which can meet some applications with high requirements for mechanical properties of materials.

2.4964Uses of alloys:

2.4964 alloy is used in the manufacture of high-temperature components such as aero-engine guide vanes, turbine outer rings, outer walls, vortex and sealing flakes.

2.4964Process performance:

Welding process: HuaNickel 2.4964 alloy can be welded, resistance welded and brazed. Fusion welding can be done manually or automatically with an inert gas arc weld with a small energy input and a tungsten electrode or H2.4964 wire as the electrode. Submerged arc welding is not recommended to avoid large grains and embrittlement. Welding should be carried out in a solution state, and it should be quickly cooled after welding, followed by annealing.
