2.4856Alloy properties:
Corrosion Resistance: 2.4856 alloy is able to withstand a wide range of intense corrosive environments. 2.4856 is a versatile superalloy with excellent corrosion resistance, mechanical strength at high temperatures, and good processability. Enabling it to play an important role in several industrial sectors, HuaNickel Alloy 625 exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in many media. In moderate environments such as atmosphere, fresh and seawater, neutral salts and alkaline media, corrosion is virtually non-existent. The combination of nickel and chromium provides corrosion resistance to oxidizing media in more intense corrosive environments, while the combination of nickel and molybdenum provides resistance to non-oxidizing media environments.
High-temperature oxidation: INCONEL625 alloy has high resistance to high-temperature oxidation and spalling.
2.4856Uses of alloys:
Chemical equipment, nuclear power plants, marine equipment, jet aircraft engine parts, aircraft materials, heat treatment furnace materials, evaporators, etc
2.4856Process performance:
Welding process:HuaNickel 2.4856 can be easily welded using existing welding processes and procedures.2.4856Welding wire andINCONEL 112The electrode is a series of nickel-chromium-molybdenum products, specially designed to do the best625the alloy itself and welding with other materials. It does not require any post-weld heat treatment to maintain its high strength and ductility.
Heat Treatment Process: Since 2.4856 is a material specifically developed to maintain high temperature properties, it is resistant to plastic deformation in the heat working temperature range. However, it can also be easily thermoformed as long as a sufficiently large capacity device is used.
