2.4675Alloy properties:

The solid solution state of HuaNickel 2.4675 alloy is also an austenite structure with a face-centered cubic crystal structure, while in the medium-temperature heating (sensitization, aging) state, there will be carbide and intermetallic phase precipitation.

2.4675Uses of alloys:

This alloy is suitable for the manufacture of various forms of corrosion-resistant devices and components, including towers, tanks, reactors, heat exchangers, pipelines and pipe fittings, as well as forgings, pumps, valves, etc.

2.4675Process performance:

Welding performance: Manual arc welding (SMAW), tungsten argon arc welding (GTAW) and gas arc welding (GMAW) are recommended, but oxyacetylene welding and submerged arc welding are not recommended.

Heat treatment: HuaNickel 2.4675 alloy is also solution treated, the suitable heating temperature is about 1150 °C, water cooling after heat preservation, for Ni-Cr-Mo type alloys, the stress relief after welding can not be carried out in the sensitization temperature range, in order to eliminate the residual stress must also be solution treatment.
