2.4600Alloy properties:
HuaNickel 2.4600 controls the lowest levels of iron and chromium and prevents the formation of β phase Ni4Mo. Excellent corrosion resistance to reducing environments; Excellent resistance to moderate concentrations of sulfuric acid and many non-oxidizing acids; Very good resistance to chloride ion reduction stress corrosion cracking; Excellent resistance to various organic acids.
2.4600Uses of alloys:
It can be used to manufacture chemical equipment, reactors, storage tanks, etc.
2.4600Process performance:
Welding performance: 2.4600 alloy has excellent weldability, and can be welded by common GTAW, GMAW, SMAW and other processes.
Heat treatment: In general, 2.4600 alloy is solution treated, the former is heated at 1050~1150 °C, the latter is heated at 1080~1100 °C and then cooled quickly, and the thin plate and wire are brightly heat treated, the heating temperature is ~1150 °C, and then cooled in hydrogen.
