Stability: 2.4360 alloy has good dimensional stability properties

Mechanical properties: The alloy has good mechanical properties, including high strength, high toughness, and good processing properties, allowing it to maintain stability and reliability under extreme conditions

Processability: HuaNickel 2.4360 alloy can be hardened by cold work and is suitable for a wide range of shapes and structures without the need for additional heat treatment processes.

2.4360Uses of alloys:

2.4360 alloy is a widely used in the petrochemical industry, chemical equipment and aerospace. 2.4360 alloy due to its excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. It is also used in the manufacture of various pressure vessels, reactions, heat exchangers, etc.

2.4360Process performance:

Welding process: Most of the traditional welding processes can be used to bond 2.4360 alloys to each other or to dissimilar alloys.

Machining: Alloy 400 can be machined at a satisfactory rate with a universal machine. Typically, it is cold drawn or cold drawn with a stress-relieving material

It is recommended to do the most suitable for machining and to achieve the smoothest surface.
