2.4068Alloy properties:

High Temperature Stability:HuaNickel 2.4068 is able to maintain its physical and chemical properties in extremely high temperature environments.

Corrosion Resistance: HuaNickel 2.4068 exhibits good corrosion resistance in neutral to moderate reducing environments.

Mechanical properties: The alloy has high tensile strength, high ductility and good plasticity, and is suitable for heat treatment to improve its mechanical properties.

2.4068Uses of alloys:

It is widely used in the electronics manufacturing industry, such as the manufacture of batteries, capacitors and other electronic components; Materials for caustic soda manufacturing equipment, mobile phone terminal connectors, various battery parts, and automotive electronic components.

2.4068Process performance:

Welding process: In the welding process, the welding speed, weld penetration and back width ratio are greatly affected by low-power welding, while the weld forming is stable under high-power conditions.

Heat treatment process: The heat treatment process of 2.4068 needs to pay attention to the niobium content and segregation degree in the alloy, as well as the selection of the ingot diameter to avoid excessive elemental segregation.

Plastic process:

Pure nickel is also suitable for heavy cold working such as spinning and winding due to its low work hardenability.
