1.4864 Alloy properties:
High Temperature Performance: HuaNickel 1.4864 is able to withstand extreme heat environments with a high melting point of 1390-1420°C. The alloy retains good oxidation resistance at 2000°F (1095°C).
Corrosion resistance: Due to the high ratio of nickel and chromium, this alloy exhibits excellent corrosion resistance, especially in oxidizing, carburizing, and nitriding environments. In addition, it is resistant to chloride stress corrosion cracking and σ phase precipitation embrittlement.
Mechanical properties: Although the yield strength of 1.4864 is low, it still maintains good toughness and mechanical stability, which is suitable for the manufacture of various high-temperature equipment and structures.
High stability: 1.4864 is also highly chemically stable and resistant to a wide range of chemicals, including salt water and acid-base environments.
1.4864 Uses of alloys:
It is widely used as a key component in high-temperature environments such as furnace components, heat treatment equipment, burner components, petrochemical plants, power generation equipment, and nuclear industry. Heat treatment furnace related parts, such as heat treatment chamber, carburizing, nitriding, solution heat treatment and other heat treatment vessels and components.
Petrochemical: used in the manufacture of high-temperature furnaces, furnace tubes, etc.
Electricity: It can be used to make high-temperature steam pipes and nuclear reactor components.
Shipyard: used to manufacture equipment such as ship pipes and seawater cooling systems.
1.4864 Process performance:
Welding process: Nickel alloy alloy 330 can be welded by conventional process. Welding A electrode should be used for arc welding of protective metals; 82. Gas shielded arc welding is adopted.
