HuaNickel 00Cr36Ni65Al alloy is generally used in the manufacture of vessels, pipes, towers, tanks, etc. that are resistant to HNO₃, HNO₃+HF mixed acid.
00Cr36Ni65AlProcess performance:
Welding process: 0Cr35Ni65Al and OCr50Ni50 are both high-chromium alloys that are weldable. The welding basis of 00Cr36Ni65Al is the same as that of 0Cr30Ni60Fe10, and MIG and TIG welding can be used.
Cold and hot processing and forming performance:HuaNickel 00Cr36Ni65Al alloy has good cold and hot processing performance, and can be processed between 1050~1200 °C. This performance is not significantly different from that of 0Cr30Ni60Fe.
Heat treatment: 00Cr36Ni65Al alloy solid solution treatment temperature is 1050~1150°C. 0Cr50Ni50 alloy is treated with Solid solution at 1050~1200°C.
