HuaNickel 00Cr27Mo3Ni2TiNb is developed on the basis of 00Cr29Mo4TiNb steel in order to improve the plasticity, toughness, weldability, thermal stability and hydrogen embrittlement resistance of steel, reduce chromium and nickel and use Ti+Nb double stabilization. Together with the aforementioned Cr29Mo4 (Ti,Nb), 00Cr27Mo3Ni2TiNb is also the most well-known super ferritic stainless steel currently used in the heat transfer tube of seawater condenser in power plants.

00Cr27Mo3Ni2TiNbAlloy properties:

The microstructure of this steel is the same as that of all super ferritic stainless steels, and the matrix structure of this steel has a body-centered cubic ferrite structure, and when heated at medium temperature (sensitized or welded heat-affected zone), there will be intermetallic compounds such as carbon, nitride and σ on the matrix, which will adversely affect the properties of the steel.

00Cr27Mo3Ni2TiNb Uses of alloys:

This steel is mainly used for seawater corrosion-resistant pipelines, seawater condensers, heat exchangers, etc., and the price is far cheaper than copper, copper alloys and titanium.

00Cr27Mo3Ni2TiNbProcess performance:

Welding process: HuaNickel 00Cr27Mo3Ni2TiN steel has good welding performance. It can be welded by common welding methods of stainless steel, such as GTAW (with or without wire filling), GMAW, SMAW, etc.

Heat treatment: HuaNickel 00Cr27Mo3Ni2TiNb The suitable heat treatment temperature is 950~1100 °C, and it is quickly cooled after heating and heat preservation.
