    254...

HuaNickel 254 steel series is one of the earliest super austenitic stainless steels developed in the 70s of the 20th century. It not only has good overall corrosion resistance in reducing media, but also has excellent resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion and other local corrosion in chloride-containing media, and at the same time, due to the strengthening effect of nitrogen, the strength of this steel is also higher than that of general chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steel.

    2707HD...

HuaNickel SAF 2707HD is an extra super duplex stainless steel. Super duplex stainless steel was introduced after 2000 to solve the shortcomings of local corrosion performance and strength of heat chloride resistance of super duplex stainless steel. The RE value of SAF 2707HD can be as high as 49, and the high nitrogen, molybdenum, chromium content and duplex structure make the yield strength and tensile strength of this steel pipe as high as 800MPa and 1000MPa respectively, and the plastic and toughness are also maintained at a high level required for engineering applications.

    2Cr25N...

HuaNickel 2Cr25N is a high chromium ferrite heat-resistant alloy with excellent resistance to oxidation, vulcanization, and other forms of hot corrosion. This grade is most commonly used between 1500-2100°F, although it has a fairly low intensity at high temperatures. 2Cr25Nis the only heat-resistant alloy that can withstand molten copper and brass. Like other high chromium ferritic stainless steels, in the temperature range of 700-1000°F (embrittlement at 885°F). 2Cr25Nshould not be used within this temperature range unless an almost complete loss of room temperature ductility can be tolerated. Sigma embrittlement occurs with prolonged exposure in the range of 1000-1300°F. HuaNickel  2Cr25Nhas a high toughness to brittle impact transition temperature. Therefore, successful forming and bending is contributing to low forming speeds, edge preparation and preheating to 250-400°F. Annealing, if necessary, should be performed at 1550-1650°F, followed by rapid cooling.

    304...

HuaNickel 304 is used as a building material up to 1500°F. Slight zooming starts at about 1200°F. 304 has a minimum carbon content of 0.04% and a particle size of ASTM 7 or coarse. It has general corrosion resistance similar to mild steel HuaNickel 304. However, there is carbide precipitation in the heat-affected zone (HAZ) of the weld. Weldments may be susceptible to HAZ intergranular corrosion and polysulfuric acid stress corrosion cracking in oxidizing acid environments. Carbide precipitation is harmless to high temperature mechanical properties. 30422Cr 11Ni filler wire (ER308) or overlay electrode (E308) for welding. Most hot jobs do not require post-weld heat treatment.

    304L...

HuaNickel 304/304L is a general purpose stainless steel with good resistance to atmospheric corrosion, many organic and inorganic chemicals, food and beverages. It is also used in vacuum processing equipment and professional instruments, where high integrity is necessary.

    309S...

HuaNickel 309 is an austenitic heat-resistant alloy with an oxidation resistance of 1900°F at constant temperatures. When subjected to frequent thermal cycling, the alloy can resist about 1850°F. The high chromium content and relatively low nickel content of 309 provide a good high-temperature sulfur-containing atmosphere. 309 has only moderate resistance to carbon uptake and is not recommended for use in high carburizing environments. Usually in many product forms, the particle size and carbon content can meet the requirements of HuaNickel 309S at the same time. Prolonged exposure to temperatures in the range of 1100-1600°F will result in the formation of some sigma, reducing ductility and impact resistance at room temperature.

    310S...

at 2000°F, 310. Due to its high chromium and medium nickel content, HuaNickel 310 has good resistance to sulfurization and other forms of thermal corrosion. 310 is widely used in medium carburizing environments, such as petrochemical environments. 10. Severe thermal shock for repeated liquid quenching is not recommended. HuaNickel 310 is typically used at low temperatures and has excellent toughness to -450°F, and low permeability. Relative to AISI B1112 steel, 310 has a machinability grade of 42%. When using HSS tools, this equates to 70 feet per minute.

    316L...

PRODEC 316/316L is an improved version of the standard HuaNickel 316L for improved machinability and superior uniformity. PRODEC’s consistency and optimal machinability allow machining at higher speeds and feeds to produce high-quality parts at the lowest total cost. For automatic screw machines that require extensive processing, extensive processing should be considered.

    317L...

HuaNickel 317L is a molybdenum-containing austenitic stainless steel with improved corrosion resistance over HuaNickel 304/304L and 316/316L stainless steels. The increased chromium, nickel and molybdenum content on 316L stainless steel improves chloride pitting and general corrosion. By controlling nitrogen addition, 317L can generally meet the mechanical properties of 317 straight grade while maintaining low carbon content.

    321...

HuaNickel 321 stainless steel is a titanium stable grade that is typically used in the 1000-1600°F temperature range. For operating temperatures up to 1600°F, a stable treatment of 1550-1650°F, air cooling, can be used to provide optimal resistance to intergranular corrosion and polysulfuric acid stress corrosion cracking. HuaNickel 321 stainless steel is easily welded by all common methods, including water arcing. The appropriate weld fillers are AWS ER347 bare wire and E347 overlay electrodes. The machinability of 321 stainless steel is similar to that of 304 stainless steel. Compared to AISI B1112, it has a machinability rate of 45%.

    347...

In a strong oxidizing environment, the corrosion resistance of Type HuaNickel 347 stainless steel is slightly improved compared to Type 321 stainless steel. Type HuaNickel 347 is stable with a column and is more suitable for aqueous and cryogenic environments due to its good resistance to intergranular attack. Both 347 and 321 are resistant to good polysulfuric acid stress corrosion cracking.
