1.4028...
HuaNickel 1.4028 is a hardenable martensitic stainless steel with a similar chemical composition to 410, mainly due to the difference in carbon content.HuaNickel 1.4028 stainless steel has a lower carbon content than 410, which allows it to achieve higher strength and hardness at lower ductility. HuaNickel 1.4028 has corrosion resistance comparable to 410 and is typically used in applications that require high strength, high wear resistance, or good edge retention.

1.4112...
Stainless steel HuaNickel1.4112 is a high-carbon martensitic stainless steel. As a martensitic stainless steel, 1.4112 is magnetic and can be hardened by heat treatment. The high carbon content in HuaNickel 1.4112 has high hardness and strength. Despite the high carbon content, the chromium content is still enough to maintain its stainless steel properties. Martensitic steels are typically used in applications that require high strength and moderate corrosion resistance.

1.4301...
HuaNickel 1.4301 is used as a building material up to 1500°F. Slight zooming starts at about 1200°F. 1.4301 has a minimum carbon content of 0.04% and a particle size of ASTM 7 or coarse. It has general corrosion resistance similar to mild steel HuaNickel1.4301. However, there is carbide precipitation in the heat-affected zone (HAZ) of the weld. Weldments may be susceptible to HAZ intergranular corrosion and polysulfuric acid stress corrosion cracking in oxidizing acid environments. Carbide precipitation is harmless to high temperature mechanical properties. 1.430122Cr 11Ni filler wire (ER308) or overlay electrode (E308) for welding. Most hot jobs do not require post-weld heat treatment.

1.4404 ...
HuaNickel PRODEC 316/1.4404 is an improved version of the standard HuaNickel1.4404 for improved machinability and superior uniformity. PRODEC’s consistency and optimal machinability allow machining at higher speeds and feeds to produce high-quality parts at the lowest total cost. For automatic screw machines that require extensive processing, extensive processing should be considered.

1.4410...
HuaNickel1.4410 is a well-known super duplex stainless steel, the amount of chromium, molybdenum and nitrogen in the steel is higher than that of the second generation of duplex stainless steel, and its PE value can reach 42, so it has excellent pitting and crevice corrosion resistance.

1.4418...
HuaNickel 1.4418 is a high-strength low-carbon martensitic austenitic stainless steel. It combines high strength with good weldability and is maintained after welding. The HuaNickel 1.4418 is designed for applications in micro-corrosive environments where the above properties are required.

1.4438...
HuaNickel 1.4438 is a molybdenum-containing austenitic stainless steel with improved corrosion resistance over HuaNickel 1.4301/1.4301L and 316/1.4404 stainless steels. The increased chromium, nickel and molybdenum content on 1.4404 stainless steel improves chloride pitting and general corrosion. By controlling nitrogen addition, HuaNickel 1.4438 can generally meet the mechanical properties of 317 straight grade while maintaining low carbon content.

1.4501...
In the early days (early 80s of the 20th century), this steel was used as cast steel to replace the second-generation duplex stainless steel 00Cr22Ni5Mo2N (2205) with insufficient corrosion resistance. In the late 80s, it began to be used as a texturing material for pipeline systems, and subsequently became an important corrosion-resistant material for oil and gas development, seawater environments, flue gas desulfurization (FGD), desalination, chemical and other applications.
