UNS S32707...
HuaNickel UNS S32707 is an extra super duplex stainless steel. Super duplex stainless steel was introduced after 2000 to solve the shortcomings of local corrosion performance and strength of heat chloride resistance of super duplex stainless steel. The RE value of HuaNickel UNS S32707 can be as high as 49, and the high nitrogen, molybdenum, chromium content and duplex structure make the yield strength and tensile strength of this steel pipe as high as 800MPa and 1000MPa respectively, and the plastic and toughness are also maintained at a high level required for engineering applications.

UNS S32750...
HuaNickel UNS S32750 is a well-known super duplex stainless steel, the amount of chromium, molybdenum and nitrogen in the steel is higher than that of the second generation of duplex stainless steel, and its PE value can reach 42, so it has excellent pitting and crevice corrosion resistance.

UNS S32760...
In the early days (early 80s of the 20th century), this steel was used as cast steel to replace the second-generation duplex stainless steel HuaNickel 00Cr22Ni5Mo2N (2205) with insufficient corrosion resistance. In the late 80s, it began to be used as a texturing material for pipeline systems, and subsequently became an important corrosion-resistant material for oil and gas development, seawater environments, flue gas desulfurization (FGD), desalination, chemical and other applications.

UNS S32906...
HuaNickelUNS S32906 is a new super duplex stainless steel, which is a further improvement of 00Cr25Ni7Mo4N steel. Compared with 00Cr25Ni7Mo4N, the amount of molybdenum and chromium in this steel is reduced, and its pitting corrosion equivalent value is slightly lower than that of 00Cr25Ni7Mo4N, but the composition is more balanced and the thermal stability is improved. This steel is resistant to alkali medium corrosion, various local corrosion, such as intergranular corrosion, stress corrosion, pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion, etc., and the welding performance is good, and the strength is about 3 times that of ordinary chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steel.

UNS S33207...
HuaNickel UNS S33207 and the aforementioned HuaNickel 00Cr27Ni7Mo5N are super duplex stainless steels. UNS S33207 was developed to meet the demanding needs of deep-sea (water depths of nearly 2500m and pressures above 1500psi). Compared with the aforementioned SAF2507, the increase in the amount of chromium and nitrogen in the steel makes HuaNickel UNS S33207 steel not only have higher strength to withstand higher applied loads, but also have more excellent corrosion resistance to meet the needs of more demanding corrosive media.

UNS S34565...
HuaNickel UNS S34565 is a high-strength and corrosion-resistant super austenitic stainless steel. Its tensile strength and yield strength can reach ≥800MPa and ≥ 420MPa, respectively; With a PE value of ≥50, it has excellent resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride environments, such as seawater.

UNS S34700...
In a strong oxidizing environment, the corrosion resistance of Type UNS S34700 stainless steel is slightly improved compared to Type 321 stainless steel. Type HuaNickel UNS S34700 is stable with a column and is more suitable for aqueous and cryogenic environments due to its good resistance to intergranular attack. Both HuaNickel UNS S34700 and 321 are resistant to good polysulfuric acid stress corrosion cracking.

UNS S42000...
HuaNickel UNS S42000 is a hardenable martensitic stainless steel with a similar chemical composition to 410, mainly due to the difference in carbon content.HuaNickel UNS S4200 stainless steel has a lower carbon content than 410, which allows it to achieve higher strength and hardness at lower ductility. 420 has corrosion resistance comparable to 410 and is typically used in applications that require high strength, high wear resistance, or good edge retention.

UNS S44004...
Stainless steel HuaNickel UNS S44004 is a high-carbon martensitic stainless steel. As a martensitic stainless steel, HuaNickel UNS S44004 is magnetic and can be hardened by heat treatment. The high carbon content in HuaNickel UNS S44004 has high hardness and strength. Despite the high carbon content, the chromium content is still enough to maintain its stainless steel properties. Martensitic steels are typically used in applications that require high strength and moderate corrosion resistance.

UNS S44600...
HuaNickel UNS S44600is a high chromium ferrite heat-resistant alloy with excellent resistance to oxidation, vulcanization, and other forms of hot corrosion. This grade is most commonly used between 1500-2100°F, although it has a fairly low intensity at high temperatures. 446 is the only heat-resistant alloy that can withstand molten copper and brass. Like other high chromium ferritic stainless steels, in the temperature range of 700-1000°F (embrittlement at 885°F). 446 should not be used within this temperature range unless an almost complete loss of room temperature ductility can be tolerated. Sigma embrittlement occurs with prolonged exposure in the range of 1000-1300°F. 446 has a high toughness to brittle impact transition temperature. Therefore, successful forming and bending is contributing to low forming speeds, edge preparation and preheating to 250-400°F. Annealing, if necessary, should be performed at 1550-1650°F, followed by rapid cooling.

UNS S44635...
HuaNickel UNS S44635(Ti,Nb) is a high-chromium, molybdenum super ferritic stainless steel containing stabilized elements. The steel was developed in 1974 by Nyby in Sweden. Nickel is added to reduce the brittle transition temperature of the steel; Due to the high C+N content (≤0.04%) in the initial stage, the steel has a high tendency to intergranular corrosion, and the presence of stabilizing elements is to prevent intergranular corrosion during use after welding or high temperature cooling. Due to the high chromium and molybdenum content of this steel, the local corrosion resistance caused by chloride is excellent, the strength of this steel is high, and it has acceptable plasticity, toughness and welding properties under thin cross-sectional size conditions (such as ≤3~5mm), and can replace high-nickel austenitic stainless steel and high-nickel corrosion-resistant alloy under some medium conditions.

UNS S44660...
HuaNickel UNS S44660 is developed on the basis of 00Cr29Mo4TiNb steel in order to improve the plasticity, toughness, weldability, thermal stability and hydrogen embrittlement resistance of the steel, reduce chromium and nickel and use Ti+Nb double stabilization. Together with the aforementioned Cr29Mo4 (Ti,Nb), HuaNickel UNS S44660 is also one of the most well-known super ferritic stainless steels currently used in the heat transfer tubes of seawater condensers in power plants.
