SUS312L...
HuaNickel SUS312L steel series is one of the earliest super austenitic stainless steels developed in the 70s of the 20th century. It not only has good overall corrosion resistance in reducing media, but also has excellent resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion and other local corrosion in chloride-containing media, and at the same time, due to the strengthening effect of nitrogen, the strength of this steel is also higher than that of general chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steel.

SUS329J4L...
HuaNickel SUS329J4L is also a super duplex stainless steel, which came out and was put on the market in 1990~1991. Compared with HuaNickel 00Cr25Ni7Mo4, the amount of molybdenum in this steel is slightly lower, but about 1.5% copper is added, so that the performance of this steel resistance to reducing acid media, such as sulfuric acid corrosion resistance, has been significantly increased, and in some environments, the performance of crevice corrosion resistance and corrosion resistance has also been improved.

UNS S13800...
HuaNickel UNS S13800 stainless steel is a martensitic precipitation hardening stainless steel with excellent strength, high hardness, excellent toughness and good corrosion resistance. Good lateral toughness can be achieved through strict chemical composition control, low carbon content, and vacuum melting. Typical applications are large airframe structural components and injection molding equipment.

UNS S15500...
HuaNickel 15-5Alloys are designed to have greater than17-4 PHof toughness。15-5The alloy is martensite in structure under annealing conditions, and is further strengthened by heat treatment at relatively low temperatures, and the copper-containing phase is precipitated in the alloy。HuaNickel15-5 is also referred to in some specifications:XM-12。

UNS S17400...
HuaNickel UNS S17400stainless steel is an age-hardened martensitic stainless steel that combines high-strength and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Hardening is done by a short, simple low-temperature treatment. Unlike traditional martensitic stainless steels, such as Type 410, Type 17-4 is quite weldable. Its strength, corrosion resistance, and simplified manufacturing process can make 17-4 stainless steel a cost-effective alternative to high-strength carbon steel and other stainless steel grades. At a solution treatment temperature of 1900°F, the metal is austenite, but transforms into a low-carbon martensitic structure during cooling to room temperature. This conversion will not be completed until the temperature drops to 90° Fahrenheit. It is then heated to 900-1150°F for 1 to 4 hours of precipitation to strengthen the alloy.

UNS S17700...
HuaNickel UNS S17700 is an austenitic-martensitic precipitation hardened stainless steel developed on the basis of 18-8CrNi. It is also known as controlled phase change stainless steel. After solution treatment, it is an unstable austenite structure, with good plasticity and processability, after adjustment, the carbide phenology composition of austenite precipitation changes, and then after martensite transformation treatment, most of the structure is transformed into low-carbon tempered martensite with good toughness, which is the use state of steel and has good mechanical properties at medium temperature. The corrosion resistance is better than that of martensitic stainless steel.

UNS S20910...
UNS S20910 stainless steel is an austenitic stainless steel with high strength and good corrosion resistance. It has almost twice the yield strength of 304 and 316 stainless steels and has better corrosion resistance than 317L stainless steel. N-50 (XM-19) stainless steel remains non-magnetic even after severe low temperature operation. It retains its strength at high and sub-zero temperatures.

UNS S21800...
N-60 stainless steel is known for its excellent wear resistance, even at high temperatures. The addition of 4% silicon and 8% manganese inhibits wear, abrasion, and jitter. It is commonly used for the strength and wear resistance of fasteners and pins that are required for a variety of purposes. It retains good strength at temperatures of 1800°F and has oxidation resistance similar to that of 309 stainless steel. The general corrosion resistance is between 304 and 316 stainless steel.

UNS S30300...
HuaNickel UNS S30300 stainless steel is a non-magnetic austenitic stainless steel that cannot be hardened by heat treatment. It is a free machining modification of the basic 18% chromium-8% nickel stainless steel.

UNS S30400...
HuaNickel UNS S30400 is used as a building material up to 1500°F. Slight zooming starts at about 1200°F. UNS S30400 has a minimum carbon content of 0.04% and a particle size of ASTM 7 or coarse. It has general corrosion resistance similar to mild steel HuaNickel UNS S30400. However, there is carbide precipitation in the heat-affected zone (HAZ) of the weld. Weldments may be susceptible to HAZ intergranular corrosion and polysulfuric acid stress corrosion cracking in oxidizing acid environments. Carbide precipitation is harmless to high temperature mechanical properties. UNS S3040022Cr 11Ni filler wire (ER308) or overlay electrode (E308) for welding. Most hot jobs do not require post-weld heat treatment.
