    HuaNickelstainless steel is known for its excellent wear resistance, even at high temperatures. The addition of 4% silicon and 8% manganese inhibits wear, abrasion, and jitter. It is commonly used for the strength and wear resistance of fasteners and pins that are required for a variety of purposes. It retains good strength at temperatures of 1800°F and has oxidation resistance similar to that of 309 stainless steel. The general corrosion resistance is between 304 and 316 stainless steel.

    HuaNickel NSS447M1 is an improved super ferritic stainless steel with ultra-low carbon, nitrogen and Ti+Nb double stabilized high-purity Cr30Mo2. The latter can be produced by off-furnace refining processes such as VOD due to the increase of the amount of C+N to ≤0.03%, which not only reduces the production cost, but also makes the NSS447M1 have better resistance to intergranular corrosion and can refine the grains due to the double stabilization of Ti+Nb, but the toughness will be lost.

    HuaNickel SAF 2906 is a new super duplex stainless steel, which is a further improvement of 00Cr25Ni7Mo4N steel. Compared with HuaNickel 00Cr25Ni7Mo4N, the amount of molybdenum and chromium in this steel is reduced, and its pitting corrosion equivalent value is slightly lower than that of 00Cr25Ni7Mo4N, but the composition is more balanced and the thermal stability is improved. This steel is resistant to alkali medium corrosion, various local corrosion, such as intergranular corrosion, stress corrosion, pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion, etc., and the welding performance is good, and the strength is about 3 times that of ordinary chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steel.

SAF 3207HD was developed to meet the demanding needs of deep-sea (water depths of nearly 2500m and pressures above 1500psi). Compared with the aforementioned SAF2507, the increase in the amount of chromium and nitrogen in the steel makes SAF 3207HD steel not only have higher strength to withstand higher applied loads, but also have more excellent corrosion resistance to meet the needs of more demanding corrosive media.

    HuaNickel SUS 304 is used as a building material up to 1500°F. Slight zooming starts at about 1200°F. SUS 304 has a minimum carbon content of 0.04% and a particle size of ASTM 7 or coarse. It has general corrosion resistance similar to mild steel HuaNickel SUS 304. However, there is carbide precipitation in the heat-affected zone (HAZ) of the weld. Weldments may be susceptible to HAZ intergranular corrosion and polysulfuric acid stress corrosion cracking in oxidizing acid environments. Carbide precipitation is harmless to high temperature mechanical properties. HuaNickel SUS 304 22Cr 11Ni filler wire (ER308) or overlay electrode (E308) for welding. Most hot jobs do not require post-weld heat treatment.
