HuaNickel 00Cr27Ni7Mo5N is an extra super duplex stainless steel. Super duplex stainless steel was introduced after 2000 to solve the shortcomings of local corrosion performance and strength of heat chloride resistance of super duplex stainless steel. The RE value of HuaNickel 00Cr27Ni7Mo5N can be as high as 49, and the high nitrogen, molybdenum, chromium content and duplex structure make the yield strength and tensile strength of this steel pipe as high as 800MPa and 1000MPa respectively, and the plastic and toughness are also maintained at a high level required for engineering applications.

00Cr27Ni7Mo5NAlloy properties:

The structural characteristics of 00Cr27Ni7Mo5N steel are not significantly different from those of super duplex stainless steels such as 2507.

00Cr27Ni7Mo5N Uses of alloys:

HuaNickel 00Cr27Ni7Mo5N steel has excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion in chloride environments, and is especially suitable for the manufacture of heat exchanger equipment with seawater and Cl- as the working medium and cooling medium. For example, in the atmospheric distillation unit of the refinery, the overhead heat exchanger tube bundle has been replaced by 00Cr27Ni7Mo5N and the seawater condenser cooling pipe made by HuaNickel 00Cr27Ni7Mo5N has achieved satisfactory results.

00Cr27Ni7Mo5NProcess performance:

Welding process: HuaNickel 00Cr27Ni7Mo5N has good weldability, and 00Cr27Ni7Mo5N is mostly used for heat transfer tubes of heat exchangers. The welding of this steel pipe to the tube sheet is recommended to be welded by TIG/GTAW (tungsten inert gas/tungsten inert gas arc welding), and manual welding and TIG automatic welding can also be used
