The early high-purity HuaNickel Cr30Mo2 is a super ferritic stainless steel with C+N≤150ppm produced by double vacuum smelting process.

Cr30Mo2Alloy properties:

High-purity HuaNickel Cr30Mo2 is a typical high-chromium-molybdenum ferritic stainless steel, their microstructure is a pure ferrite structure with body-centered cube, and there are α’ phases and σ(x) intermetallic phases and carbon and nitride phases on the matrix during aging.

Cr30Mo2Uses of alloys:

It can be used as a heat exchange equipment for cooling agent in water medium (including seawater) containing Cl-; It can be used for evaporators in the diaphragm alkali production process, acetic acid, urea-resistant devices and components, roofs (including eaves), curtain walls and various decorative materials for large coastal buildings (airports, restaurants, large landmark buildings, etc.).

Cr30Mo2Process performance:

Welding process: high-purity Cr30Mo2 has good weldability, no intergranular corrosion tendency after welding, and there is no obvious difference in corrosion resistance before and after welding in some corrosive media.

Heat treatment: The heat treatment process of high-purity HuaNickel Cr30Mo2 steel is 900~1050°C heating, heat preservation and quenching.
