UNS S44735Alloy properties:
Due to the high amount of chromium and molybdenum in HuaNickel UNS S44735, σ phases, nitrides and carbides will precipitate during medium temperature aging (e.g., welding, hot working and thermoforming, etc.), resulting in a decrease in plasticity, toughness and corrosion resistance of this steel, for which measures need to be taken to prevent this steel during production and welding.

It is mainly used in seawater condensers in power plants, and has achieved good long-term use results.
UNS S44735Process performance:
Welding process: HuaNickel UNS S44735 has good weldability, and this steel can produce welded pipes. In the manufacture of heat exchange equipment, such as seawater condensers, UNS S44735 welds tubes to tubesheets without difficulty.
Heat treatment: The heat treatment process of this steel is 950~1100 °C heating, heat preservation and fast cooling.
